Game On at INTERFACE 2012

Game On is traveling to India to play at INTERFACE festival in Kolkata, Delhi and Bangalore in September this year. The cast (Bobby Singh, Miranda Wheen) and Annalouise will tour for 10 days plus give workshops and be part of seminars with other visiting and local artists to Interface from Israel, UK and India in dialogue about intercultural arts practices. AusIndia Council (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade) and Arts NSW have supported the tour and Theatre of Rhythm and Dance is the first Australian company to be presented at Interface since its inception in 2000.

Only one year ago the show was meant to travel to Tamworth to perform for regional schools but was cancelled one day before they were due to leave Sydney. Through a strange twist of fate, Annalouise was offered a short 3 day premiere season at The Studio, Sydney Opera House three weeks later which attracted full houses and some great reviews.
